Binky

Over stressed, more likely. It'll do a job on your natural rhythms.

I feel exactly like this this month! Maybe the change in weather? Global warming? If I didn't know better I would think I was pregnant. Sleepy, cranky and snacky.

Did I mention the snacky part?

I feel you on this one, girlie.

I agree with Binky, it's stress. You're too young for menopause. Right? Have a glass of wine and a warm bath and you'll feel better. Hopefully. Oh, and stop Googling!

If you Googled hard enough, you'd probably also find the 14 fatal diseases with those symptoms -- or is it just me who stumbles on those sites whenever I enter a health-related search string?

Before Dr. Google came along, we had some kind of medical dictionary with a flow chart. You'd follow along answering 'yes' or 'no' for your symptoms, and at the end, the result was invariably that you had two options: 1)you were "fine, ignore symptions" or you had cancer. Not particularly useful, but certainly as alarming as Google can provide.

Hope you're feeling better soon!
