Oh, sweetie, it sounds like a hard time! They're so fun at this age - the gashes, the bruises, the bumps, the scrapes. Sigh.

So happy it was only a mild case.
I hate to always soudn like "me too, me too!' but I just went through a stomach virus at my friends house - I had it, the babies had it, the husband had it. It SUCKED! Home is the only place to be when you or a loved one is sick.
Dorothy and her ruby slippers were right on the money.

Oh man. I'm assuming you already know that you should sit with them in a steamy bathroom to make the croup cough go away. Or open a window, the outside air seems to help.

Ugh. I feel your pain. My son was at the Dr. (or ER) at least once a week until he was 3. Then everything calmed down. Daughter hasn't gotten sick once and she's 1!

Oh shoot, the croup? That bites. We've avoided that so far but anything can happen at this age.
